StoriesForMe + Yoto Player
StoriesForMe stories play on the iPhone, the iPad, and on your child's Yoto Player. Once you've connected your Yoto account, you can send any personalized story to your Yoto library with a single tap. That means screen-free, independent listening, which is the kind of audio time most parents actually want.
One-time setup
How to connect Yoto to StoriesForMe
- 1Open StoriesForMe on iOS.
- 2Tap the menu, then Settings, Connect Yoto.
- 3Sign in with Yoto. You'll be redirected to Yoto's official sign-in page. Sign in with your normal Yoto credentials.
- 4Authorize the app. Yoto will ask you to authorize StoriesForMe. Tap Allow.
- 5You're connected. You'll land back in StoriesForMe with your account connected.
Send a story
How to send a story to your Yoto Player
- 1Open any story you've created.
- 2Tap Send to Yoto.
- 3Your story uploads to your Yoto library and is playable on any Yoto Player on your account within seconds.

Do I need a Yoto Player?
No. Stories play in the StoriesForMe iOS app on iPhone or iPad. Yoto integration is optional.

Does StoriesForMe see my Yoto password?
No. Authentication uses Yoto's official OAuth flow. We never see, store, or transmit your password.

Can I disconnect Yoto later?
Yes. Open Settings, tap Connect Yoto, then tap Disconnect. You can also revoke access from inside your Yoto account dashboard at any time.

Do stories cost extra to send to Yoto?
No. If you can play a story in the app, you can send it to Yoto.
